SPEKTRUM SERVO REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rebate:
To be eligible for the $10 rebate, your total qualifying pre-tax purchases must be between $100 and $249. To be eligible for the $30 rebate, your total qualifying pre-tax purchases must be between $250 and $499. To be eligible for the $75 rebate, your total qualifying pre-tax purchases must be $500 or more. A qualifying purchase is defined as any Spektrum servo purchased from an authorized Horizon Hobby dealer between April 1, 2014 and May 31, 2014. All receipts must have the date of purchase, the Spektrum servo description or item number .e. SPMSA4010), the name and store location of the purchase, and the pre-tax price of the servo printed clearly on the receipt. No handwritten receipts will be accepted unless it is accompanied by the signature of an employee from an authorized Horizon Hobby dealer. After rebate is received and approved, please allow an additional 8–12 weeks for processing and delivery of rebate. All rebates will be paid in US dollars.

Restrictions:
Rebate is only valid for legal residents of the US and Canada who are at least 18 years of age. Limit 1 rebate per person, address or household. No PO Boxes are allowed. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. All submitted receipts, documents, and UPCs become the property of Horizon Hobby, LLC. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Horizon Hobby is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail. This rebate cannot be combined with any other offer.
